A Time of Favor

The Transformative Way

When will the hoped-for time of peace come when we

      no longer wage war to gain one more inch of foreign soil?

      when will the time come when we no longer annihilate

      innocent civilians with our massive bombardments? When  

      will a time of peace and healing begin that calls forth the 

      frightened children of Palestine, Northern Ireland, 

      Afghanistan, Rwanda, Israel, Bosnia and Iraq, so they

      can once again play their needful games in the shattered 

      streets where their dead once walked, and join their 

      hands again in trust - their innocence restored.
