The Transformative Way

I sat for 12 years in a Catholic parochial school and was never

taught about the troubled history of the Catholic Church

and during these same 12 years my knowledge of the Bible

was primarily confined to what I heard spoken from the pulpit. 

For 60 years I listened from the pew to homilies that convinced 

me that I was still a child in need of patriarchal over-sight

and now that I’m old, I painfully realize that my non-Catholic

friends were educated to know better.
